 "Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has announced that beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act are back in effect, with a new deadline of March 21, 2025 for most companies."

Please bring your W-2 forms, 1099 forms and prior year tax return, receipts and any other relevant tax documents. If you are unsure of what to bring, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
